What types of events do you cater for?

We cater for a wide range of events, including private dinner parties, corporate functions, social gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. No event is too big or too small for us to handle. We can also suggest indoor or outdoor venues based on the Sunshine Coast and beyond.

How far in advance should I book your catering services for an event?

It is recommended to book our catering services at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes events come up last minute, so we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How does pricing work for your catering services?

Our pricing is based on various factors, including the number of guests, menu selection, service style, event duration and additional services requested. We provide customised quotes based on your specific event requirements to ensure transparency and meet your budgetary needs.

MINIMUM SPEND FOR ALL STAFFED EVENTS:

Delivery Only $500
Monday to Thursday $1000
Friday to Sunday $1500

MINIMUM SPEND FOR OUR COMMERCIAL KITCHEN CATERING TRAILER:

Monday to Thursday $1500
Friday to Sunday $2500

(Should your event not surpass the minimum spend, we may add a trailer hire fee to meet the difference).

Do you provide staff for on-site food service and clean-up?

Yes, we provide professional and trained staff for on-site food service and clean-up. Our team will take care of everything related to food presentation, service, and clean-up, allowing you to enjoy your event without any worries. See the Staffing Services section for our current rates.

Can you assist with rental equipment, such as tables, chairs, or linens?

Do you provide alcoholic beverage services?

Yes absolutely! Our Liquor License has a variety of options that involve packages with beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and champagne. See our Bar Services page for more information with costing.

What is your cancellation / refund policy?

Our cancellation policy is outlined in our contract, which we will provide upon booking our services. Generally, we require a notice period for cancellations, and any deposits or payments made may be subject to forfeiture based on the timing of the cancellation.
