Sommelier Services & Bar Packages Available
As we are a fully licensed Sunshine Coast caterer, we can provide you with a wide selection of wine, beer, champagne and cocktails for your next event. Simply ask us about adding on a bar package to your preferred menus. When you choose to add on your alcohol to your food package with Sunny Rays, we provide the pop-up bar, including everything required from glassware to garnish, free of charge.
Sunny Rays’ director, Dean Smith, is also an accredited Sommelier (WSET3) and upon request can provide tasting experiences covering wines, beers and spirits. Add a special touch to your event, and discuss our Sommelier and tasting packages with your quote. Each tasting experience includes a complementary grazing platter, enquire below to find out more.

What types of events do you cater for?
We cater for a wide range of events, including private dinner parties, corporate functions, social gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. No event is too big or too small for us to handle. We can also suggest indoor or outdoor venues based on the Sunshine Coast and beyond.
How far in advance should I book your catering services for an event?
It is recommended to book our catering services at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes events come up last minute, so we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How does pricing work for your catering services?
Our pricing is based on various factors, including the number of guests, menu selection, service style, event duration and additional services requested. We provide customised quotes based on your specific event requirements to ensure transparency and meet your budgetary needs.

Do you provide staff for on-site food service and clean-up?

Do you provide alcoholic beverage services?

What is your cancellation / refund policy?
Our cancellation policy is outlined in our contract, which we will provide upon booking our services. Generally, we require a notice period for cancellations, and any deposits or payments made may be subject to forfeiture based on the timing of the cancellation.
